5. Do the TBC Live Broadcast using Google Hang-out Air.

Follow the Step by Step Instructions to Do your Live Broadcast using Google Hang-out Air.

1.Login to Your Paid KCBO Account before your live Broadcast on Scheduled.

2,In your KCBO Dashboard, go to Education Menu

3.In the TBC Education Blog, read and find interesting topics for you to discuss in your Upcoming Live Broadcast.

4.Once you are ready your Topic, Back to your KCBO Tab then click Broadcast.

5.In the Broadcast Schedule, click your Broadcast Schedule Link

6.In your YouTube Scheduled Event, you can see if somebody waiting for the Broadcast and you can Chat them to Standby for a few minute for the event

7.Click Your Icon Above then YouTube Studio, Then Live Streaming

8.Then go to Events, and On Schedule Event. click the Start Hangout On Air.

10. Now we are Live On Air

11, In YouTube browser, make sure to Mute the sound to avoid Echo and Double Sounds,

12.You can detach or Popout the YouTube Chatbox

13. Then put beside in your Google Hangout.

14. To ScreenShare the Screen you need to use Google Chrome Browser in Hangout, Opera does not work.

15. Do not be shocked if see the Screenshare like mirrors, Just go to the TBC Blog you want to share the screen.

16.To Stop the ScreenShare just click the Button then Back to Google Chrome and Hangout Air.

17.To Invite a Guest and Participant in the Live Broadcast

18.Copy the Invitation Link and Paste to your Invited Guest or in the Chat Box to Invite your Viewers.

19.Control your Guest Panel, You can Mute, Eject, View Profile and Present to Everyone.

20.You can Hide your Guest and not show in Broadcast.

21.To End the Live Broadcast in Youtube, Click Stop Broadcast.

22.To Stop the Google Hangout Call, Click Leave Call

23.The Live Broadcast and Google Hangout On Air is now over.
